I had a minor fender bender in St George the afternoon before flying home to TN. Doug gave me an estimate and parked he van on his lot until the insurance company finished approving the repair. After the repair they returned the vehicle to the storage facility. I haven't seen it yet in person, but the photos look perfect, like really better than before the collision.You can't get service like that not even if your mother owned the repair shop. Everyone from the front office (Kirsten) to the owner(Doug) to the crew (Morgan) were diligent about my budget and my Camaro was returned to me with upgraded Chevy bow ties to match my paint. I was sent to another body shop owned by a large dealership but, they went behind my back to turn in an estimate to the insurance company for a total status. They even started to work on my car without any permission to do anything. I called D and D immediately and they took great care of me and my beautiful Camaro!

This shop was by far the BEST to work with! They made this unfortunate experience stress free when it came to getting repairs done and dealing with the insurance adjuster are an accident. They handled it all for me, seriously all I did was drop off the car, file the claim and within a week I got a call saying it was ready to pick up! Took in my deductible payment and picked up the beautifully related car. Not only that but I was ensured they would work with insurance to collect the rending cost of the repairs. I worked specifically with Kirsten and Dave, seriously the BEST experience I’ve had with a repair shop and I have teen drivers so I’ve had a lot of experience. We will 100% take all our business to them and we HIGHLY recommend you do too!!

I live out of town and had to help my elderly mom get her car fixed. Without knowing the area I chose D&D Autoworks & Collision and could not be happier. Mom was happy too. D&D went above and beyond with negotiating with the insurance company, finding a matching aftermarket rim, fixing a few other items that needed repair, and even dropping off the car at my mom's house because both of my parents could not drive at the time and I was out of state. Thank you Kristen and the mechanics that went above and beyond to fix it and find the parts and help out an elderly parent. The repair looks like new and it looks like they even repainted the rims and waxed the rest of the car. A 10 out of 10 for customer service and workmanship! Thank you, Scott.

I came here because reviews were good. Seemed great at first, until I drove away and noticed error screen on my car that wasn’t cleared out. Went back to figure it out and “the boss” eventually told his receptionist to “f-ing” take me to another place to fix it, when they couldn’t clear the error message. (Super unprofessional to say that standing right next to me). I get that he was frustrated, but I didn’t cause the error. I also noticed that when they put my sensor back on my car, they damaged the bumper in the sensor hole, as it wasn’t like that before I took it here. If they weren’t comfortable doing the job, I would have wanted to know that before I committed to this fix. Now I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed again anyway. Very disappointed and frustrated with the way “the boss” treated me.

They went above and beyond when I came in with my car in shambles. Kirsten at the front desk was so accommodating, and constantly gave me updates (as well as did her best to keep costs low as I just graduated and am starting out). A year ago my mom hit a deer causing damage to my truck. I chose D & D to do the repairs due to them being able to get me in quick. After repairing my truck, I noticed several things that were missed. I informed them and they were great working with me at that time and getting me in. The owner was very friendly and seemed to care at that time. When it got done the second time there were still things missed, informed them and they were great about getting me in again. The third time, still things not fixed correctly. After that they have been difficult getting a hold of and wanted more money to fix things that should have been fixed the first time. There wasn’t anything new I was wanting fixed, only problems that occurred during that accident that should have been fixed the first time. The hood has two decent sized dents that are noticeable in the light (the hood was smashed if from the deer,) under the driver side headlight there are chips and sanding marks on the paint (this part was completely replaced,) the grill is still not aligned correctly, and the wheel well plastic is loose it wasn’t secured properly as noted in the picture's (this was replaced as well.) These are little things, but when a shop gets paid thousands of dollars to repair a vehicle it should be in the shape it was in before the accident, not slopped together. These pictures were taken after I got it back the last time.

D&D is the best shop in southern Utah by far. I’m 21 and have been coming here since I was an 18 year old girl out on my own with no family to help guide me. The owner is seriously the nicest man I think I’ve ever met and he goes above and beyond with everything he does. The entire shop has the most welcoming environment and everyone who works here genuinely cares about their customers. Saying they are easy to work with would be an understatement. These guys did an awesome job! When I was a kid I called a whole bunch of auto shops to see if they would repaint my bicycle and none of them would except one shop. Fast forward about 10 years later after my accident I was looking for a good auto body shop and D & D Autoworks was the top shop that popped up and they had really good reviews. Funny enough it was the same shop that I had taken my bike to when I was a kid and these guys did a great job on my vehicle. You can’t even tell the accident happed and they did an excellent job matching the paint. When I went to pick it up they explained the whole process and I knew they were really striving to do the best job they possibly could for me which I really appreciated. I had my front end get hit by a massive rock while on the freeway. The guard around my front wheel and part of my front bumper had clips break so everything was barely hanging in place. I highly recommend D & D. I won't take my cars anywhere else. First, their quality is off the charts amazing. We had a few areas of body work requiring a paint match on a 14 year old car. When we picked the car up, we couldn't even tell where the repairs were completed. They are that good. Second, their price is very competitive. We had three estimates completed and D & D was the most competitive and thorough. Finally, their customer service is the very best. They were responsive to our questions. They delivered the car when they promised. And they explained everything throughout the repair process.

The sunroof on our Nissan Rogue exploded, a car which is still under warranty. Stephen Wade Nissan in St George and Nissan-USA both refused to fix it even though a simple Google search shows numerous class action lawsuits regarding Nissan Rogues and exploding sunroofs. Reluctantly we ended up going through our insurance which led us to D and D Autoworks. The glass was promptly ordered, delivered, and installed in such a short time. Our awesome CSR Kirsten and Doug, the owner, were FANTASTIC! Professional, kind, funny, friendly, and darn great at their professions! The shop was clean and intact, the guest waiting area was warm and cozy with loving cat to hang with! Our sunroof now looks and works perfectly. Could not ask for a better experience! DO NOT HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH D AND D AUTOWORKS!

I was in a car accident in Las Vegas, I’m located in Layton, UT and the insurance would only tow my car to St. George. I had no idea where to have car towed, did some research and ended up here. There were issues getting parts for my car, but these were due to National back orders, no fault of the repair shop. They did a fantastic job repairing my car, it runs great and looks like new. When there to get a quote, Doug went above and beyond trying to fix the sensors, so they weren't going crazy before the repair was completed. They were quick to complete a quote, they quoted lower than their competitor, and they started the job the next business day. They were friendly and kept us informed on how the job was coming along. We would use them again if their service was ever needed again.

I hit some black ice and went over a curb down an embankment, scraping the whole right side of my car on a road sign. I made a call to D&D and asked them for advice about who to call for a tow. Doug found out that I was just a couple miles away from the shop and he came and towed me out himself with the help of one of his employees. He did all this free of charge, without the expectation that I would use D&D for the repairs. What a cool dude! I ended up taking my car into them. I didn't have comprehensive insurance on it, so I paid cash. They gave me a great deal and did a flawless job on the bodywork and paint. Doug said he's not too far off from retiring. It'll be a sad day when he does because St. George will lose a great business owner who treats people right and works his tail off.

I have a Jaguar that I got rear ended in. I went to a few body shops to get quotes & they all wanted to total it because the bottom of the trunk got smashed & the whole car is aluminum. I took it to D & D & they actually said no problem. They have a frame straightener & a puller. They fixed that, put in new brake lights & painted it. They did such a great job that I couldn't even see where anything had happened. And to top it off, they were cheaper than the other place that wanted to total it. Since then, I have referred them & taken all my vehicles to them no matter how big or small the job might be. A+++

I took my 2018 Malibu in to D and D for an estimate for damage to the the left side. From the start I felt like Doug was the guy to work on my car, he spent a lot of time explaining how he was going to repair the damage. He was able to take my car into the shop within a few days. I was very pleased with process up to this point. After many delays getting parts it was like Doug was Dr Jeckle and Mr Hyde. Suddenly he no longer had time to visit when I would stop in the check on progress once a week. He always had excuses as to why it was taking so long. We finally got our car back and he pointed out a molding that was scratched in the process of repairs being completed, he said he was going to order a new one and would call me when it came in. After waiting about a month I stopped in and he said he forgot. Since then we took a road trip in the Malibu and the bumper cover came loose form the quarter panel. Upon looking at it I found that the shop broke off all but one of the tabs that are used to attach the two pieces. I doubt that I will get a call from Doug, I really feel that I was baited and switched with Doug's attitude once I committed to him. I would not recommend D and D Body Shop

This is an awesome family owned business that I highly recommend. I came in with a tiny paint chip that needed to be touched up. They fit me right into their schedule despite being short staffed and booked weeks out. I said I just wanted it to be fixed as cheaply as possible...for a very reasonable price they matched my paint exactly and I can't even tell the chip was there. The shop itself is really nice too; they allowed me to use their Wi-Fi and drink their coffee as I worked while they attended to my car. everyone was so nice and friendly; I'd definitely go back if I need any work done to my care in the future!

I am new to St George. I was involved in a minor fender bender and asked a friend of mine for a recommendation to a body shop. He directed me to D&D Autoworks.Because of parts being on back order, the repairs took a little long than expected, but Doug and his staff faithfully kept me updated as to what was going on. When the parts arrived, I took my car in and it was returned to me on time. The car was showroom clean inside and out. This is the best autobody/collision shop in town! We were visiting St. George for just a few days and had a run-in with a deer. Most body shops we called told us that they were booked out several weeks. We were planning to leave town in a few days and thought we'd be stuck driving a damaged car for the rest of our trip. Then we called D and D, and Doug said to come right in. He did a quick repair that was enough for us to get the passenger door to open again and get us feeling much better about getting back on the road. Look no further, this is the BEST auto shop in Southern Utah! The guys there are one of a kind. I had a ding on my truck door and another place said I needed to replace the whole door. I called D and D to get another opinion and said it wasnt necessary at all. So I towed it over and true to their word it was fixed without much additional cost except what the other place had done. I have since brought my other vehicles and my experience was top notch.

These guys are the best in town! I was unfortunately backed into and took my truck into get fixed by them. I had a custom metal grille on my truck that is no longer made. My insurance wouldn’t cover replacing it with another one. Just covered a stock plastic grille. These guys went above and beyond and fixed my original grille and repainted and made it look like new! My experience working with this company was incredible. The rear bumper of my vehicle and been bent and partially torn off in the morning due to a collision. I took my vehicle in to the shop that same day to get looked at and priced. Jason was very helpful in finding the best, low cost, high quality option for me since I would be paying out of pocket. Because I do not live in Utah and was only going to be there for less than a week, I informed him that the process would need to be quick. That was not a problem at all. They had my car finished within two days from when I originally went in. My vehicle looked brand new! Their painter did an amazing job as well and matched the color and finish perfectly. We received three quotes and D&D Autoworks came in the lowest. Our appt was for Monday, 5/17/21, to repair scrapes on the painted metal side panel, plastic bumper, and wheel molding. They started work on the car promptly after we dropped it off. We were surprised and pleased when we received a call the next day that the car was finished. The finished job was absolutely fabulous! It looks as though nothing ever happened to it. We very highly recommend this auto body shop as they are professional, friendly and careful with their work. I am in out of town guy here in St George with my RV which sustained a bruise that needed body work. D&D was recommended and I went there. While on a road trip on our way to Zion I backed into a concrete pole that jumped out of nowhere while leaving a wide open gas station parking lot. The back doors of our travel van where wedged shut and somehow not closed all the way at the same time... Great experience through entire process.I choose them based on the sheer number of high ratings on google, and glad I did.I brought in my 9-yr-old car for auto body repair, OEM installations and paint (3-stage pearl) after being hit by another driver. Because of my car’s age, I had concerns about the paint matching, the parts fitting properly, and craftsmanship of the body work. They did amazing work on all three fronts.Doug is a metal wizard and did OUTSTANDING body work. He showed me around his shop to see several examples of his work on cars just brought in, in various stages of repair, and completed autos not yet picked up. I have only had my new car for about 2 months and it already got rear ended. The guys over at D&D collision did an amazing job at taking care of me and making sure my car look good as new. With my car being brand new it was a little more difficult to get the parts in and of course it was during the holidays, they still managed to get my car done in 2 weeks just like they they told me they would. These guys were fantastic. I was dealing with the not-so-great insurance company of the person who backed into my car in a parking lot, and D and D took over that process so I didn't have to spend so much time fighting with an insurance company. Jason in particular was wonderful -- he answered my million and one phone calls with cheerfulness and patience, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. My car looks good as new, and they even painted over a few scratches on the back unrelated to the accident at no extra charge. At the end of August I got rear-ended and my back bumper was significantly wrecked along with the trunk being busted and unable to open. They fixed it so well and it was absolutely perfect! until two weeks later when I was rear-ended again 🤦🏼‍♀️ needless to say I took my car back there again and it's back to perfect everything works great I can open my trunk without fear of it not closing and my bumper isn't hanging off anymore! Someone hit my parked car and they referred me to D&D. Everybody knows that being involved in an accident is a huge pain and very stressful. We Received a recommendation for D&D and was not disappointed. Doug was amazing from the beginning in helping get our car back on the road. Doug really went above and beyond for us. There were a few little things throughout our claim that caused delays from our insurance to shipping delays (thanks to covid) which caused us to be in our rental longer then our coverage. Doug stepped up and said he’d cover the extra costs for us to keep our rental as he was finishing up our car so we didn’t have to stress about being without. Having 4 kids all involved in sports, it would have been Super tough to make due without a car. He really put us, the customer FIRST! I have never experienced such amazing customer service from a shop owner. Not only did he go above and beyond with his customer service, but our car was repaired better then it was prior to the accident. We felt like Doug really took the time to be sure our car was repaired CORRECTLY. We didn’t feel like he rushed it and that he really cared about our safety getting us back out on the road. At D&D they don’t miss little details like other shops more often do. When we picked up our car, Our headlights were buffed and sparkling and our car was extra clean inside and out! Our car felt good as new 😁 Doug also made special arrangements to meet us for pickup on a weekend after regular business hours for our convenience. We would definitely recommend this shop to anyone for countless reasons. We aren’t ones who normally give reviews but this was so above and beyond any service we would have received or have in the past from any other shop! It’s the least we could do to really thank Doug and his shop crew. We really appreciate all you did to get us back on the road safely and stress free!

So my truck got sent here after being hit by the side. Doug, the owner was extremely pleasant to work with and even gave me a tour on all the equipment they had and how they used them to fix the cars. Now I wouldn’t expect a tour when going to them as they are very busy. But the quality that I was seeing come out of the shop and the care they put on into the vehicles was much more than I’ve seen from the other body shops in St George. Would give 6 stars if I could. I had zero problems with D and DJust had my car's back bumper fixed at D and D. It was my first insurance claim repair, and so I was relieved when Jason walked me through all my questions, and even helped me understand the process. I called another place in town first and was told it would be a wait, and then the repair would take a week. When I called D and D they got me in that day and had it done in two days. I spoke with three guys there, and got the same impression from each of them: that they care about their work, and that they care about their customers. It was an insurance claim, so I wasn't particularly concerned about the bill, but I was impressed that the guys there still went the extra mile to get me a stock bumper replacement while still saving money for the insurance company.The paint match looks good (time will tell if it ages well with the paint).

I took our car to two other places in town, both highly rated as is D&D, for a repair estimate before going to D&D. The first two shops $ estimate total were very close to each other, so I almost didn't make the drive to D&D. But I sure am glad I did! D&D was over 30% lower. 30% is a pretty big number, but when you're talking close to $2000 for the other estimates, a 30% savings will really put a smile on your face! When I asked Doug, the owner, about it, he explained they try to repair first, replacing is the second option because it is usually more expensive. When I went to pick up the car on the 4th of July, yes they were open and working on a national holiday, the estimate Jason gave me was right on the nose, to the penny. My concern that, with their estimate being so much lower, I might get "well we found this and that" was completely unfounded. Doug also gave me "a peek behind the curtain" to show me how their operation runs and I was very impressed. Everyone I met, even though they were busy, took time to talk. They all had a smile on their face and you could tell they enjoy the work they do. So all I can say is, you should shop around but the only mistake you will make is if you don't go to D&D! Thank you Jason, Doug and the rest of the D&D crew!

Even though they are not open on Saturdays the owner came in and got our van finished for us so we could finally get back on the road. They relieved the stress of dealing with insurance. When the estimate was short and more money was needed for repairs they handled everything with the insurance company. They did great work on our van and made it look as if nothing ever happened! They went above and beyond what they had to do. They fixed one of our windshield wipers and added reflectors for us even though that was not part of the damage in the accident. Store front is really comfortable and accommodating, staff are friendly, quick, and professional. I picked up my car and it was perfect, you couldn't tell it had been in an accident. Paint matches perfectly. The owner, Doug, gave me a tour behind the scenes to show me how it all works and it was really fascinating. They worked through the insurance so it was no hassle for me. Really great experience here, Doug is a personable and friendly guy.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Someone had hit my door while my family and I were on vacation and these guys were super quick to fix it and did an amazing job. Staff was friendly and helpfully with lots of knowledge would recommend these guys to anyone in need of repairs.

They did an absolutely amazing job on my bumper! I was rear-ended, it was an easy process working with them and it was out within two days. And on top of that I received my car back vacuumed and washed. Highly reccomend! 🙂

I went into D&D upon a recommendation of a friend, and I walked out with two new friends. I have a high end vehicle that needed body work, their quote was excellent, but the quality of their work was over the top superb. I could not believe how they matched a specialized paint color so perfectly. And when was the last time a body shop gave one day turn around service? These are professional people that tend to every detail of their work, and they are great human being as well. I wish their were more stars I could give them. The shop was meticulous, and properly outfitted with the best high end tools and machines to tend to any vehicles needs. This is definitely where you want to take your vehicle when it has an “oops”.

While driving back from Big Bend National Park a Turkey buzzard struck our hood. The hood got a big dent in it. I took it to D and D Autoworks to get an estimate. Doug showed me his shop and explained the process. I was impressed with how he conducts his business. I decided to just have them do the repair instead of checking other repair shops in town. My insurance company figured out a slightly lower price that they would pay me. D and D honored that price. I also asked for some touch up paint for future scratches. They willingly gave me a small bottle and showed me how to properly apply the touch up paint. They called me to tell me when my car would be ready and it was done on time. They even detailed my car. D and D exceeded my expectations and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any dent repairs. By the way, the paint matched perfectly the rest of my car’s paint.

This is the first body shop I’ve been to here in St. George and probably the only shop I’ll go to for body and paint for my vehicles. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful and they know what their doing. The owner is very friendly and always strive to exceed expectations when it comes to customer service and so as his staff. He has 25 years of experience and he always treats his customers and staff with respect.

I brought my dad out here to pick up his ‘65 Mustang. They solved the door problems we asked them to look at and even noticed a few other, legitimate problems that our other mechanic had missed. No joke, we came in for bodywork and left with a more responsive car! I asked about bodywork for my car and Doug was so kind as to show us around. The shop was very well equipped, clean and modern. His techs looked like they were treated well. This is the pirate place in a long time that I left wanting to tell my friends about. Thanks for taking care of us D&D.

Excellent workmanship and above and beyond customer service. After hitting a car with a deer, they revived my car and made it look better than it did before it was damaged. They battled the insurance company to get it back to pristine condition without cutting corners. They even came to pick me up. Extremely pleased with customer service and would do business again.

The car looks brand new! They had to replace the left rear door and unbend the driver door then they buffed out all the scratches, repainted and waxed the car. And to go one step further, they vacuumed and cleaned the interior. I'm very impressed with their work and will definitely go to them whenever I need work done!

Thank you! Took my truck in to get an estimate on a couple different issues. They diagnosed what was needed very quickly and provided good explaination and a very fair estimate the same day. I had my truck back all completed the very next day and all the work was done and done well. The guys here are friendly, knowledgeable and AWESOME! The customer service is top notch. We came in after someone backed into our car. We needed to totally redo the backend. They ran numbers and a month later we had the car in due to our schedule. It is a beautiful match of color and no lines can't even tell it was smashed in. They even gave it back completely detailed.Hubby went out of town unexpectedly they delivered the car to our house!! I can't wait for hubby to get back to see it. We WILL be back, I will recommend and rant and rave forever. Best place! best services!

Extremely happy! I have a classic show car with a rare paint color, they had a digital paint camera that was able to match the paint perfectly! They also fixed a body gap that wasn’t perfect while it was there! For me a body shop that gave me back my baby, better than it was before i took it to them in less than a week, is a sign of a true body shop, I’ll definitely refer anyone and everyone to them!!

I must say this business is impressive! The lobby is v clean & a nice environment to wait for your car. I felt all the jobs (3) were reasonably priced & the guys here are phenomenal! You would be hard pressed to find better repair service and add that to the friendly employees & you feel right at home!

My car had a little accident so I went looking for a auto body shop. And my car is my life, therefore I brought my car into their shop to get it fixed because of the already really high reviews. I was not disappointed!! They took care of me to the highest extent and made my car look better than it ever has before. Customer service is a 12/10 they made sure I saw the paint before I blindly picked, informed me to everything that they were doing and showed me their process, which was cool so I could understand what exactly was happening to my car. Customer service was only half of the amazing service. Other half was the work they did and put into my car, 12/10, made me feel special on how they treated my car and definitely surpassed my expectations for my car and my expectations on an auto body shop in general. If I ever need any auto body work done for any car and just for the customer service, I will definitely go back to these guys, and refer everyone I know personally that it is the best auto body place ive been too. Money well spent.
